1. Services We Provide

Cooperative Tech LLC offers digital and remote administrative services, including:

Digital & IT Services

• Website design & development
• Mobile app development
• Indie gaming apps

• Google Ads & Facebook Ads management
• PowerApps development
• Power BI dashboards & reporting
• RPA (automation)
• IT consulting
• Graphic design and branding

Trucking Dispatch & Remote Back-Office

• Remote load monitoring
• Load board management
• Load booking based on carrier preferences
• Back-office support (invoicing, emails, paperwork)
• Broker communication
• Route planning

Note: Cooperative Tech LLC is not a motor carrier and not a freight broker. All dispatching is administrative and performed remotely.

2. Pricing & Payments

All services offered by Cooperative Tech LLC are customised. We do not provide fixed pricing because each project and dispatch relationship is unique.

Before starting any work, clients receive:

• A written quote
• Pricing breakdown (percentage-based / weekly fees for dispatch)
• Scope of work
• Payment terms

No work begins until the client approves the price.

3. Delivery Policy

Digital Services

All deliverables (websites, apps, graphics, marketing, dashboards) are delivered:

• By email
• Online platforms
• Cloud storage
• Shared portals

Delivery timelines are shared during project scoping.

Dispatch Services

"Delivery" consists of:

• Load search
• Booking
• Sending rate confirmations
• Coordination with brokers
• Planning routes

Completion depends on carrier acceptance and broker timelines.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Services

• Full refund if project has not started
• Partial refund if work is in progress
• No refund after final delivery of work

Dispatch Services

• No refunds after loads are booked
• Carrier may cancel the dispatch agreement with 3-day notice
• Dispatch fees for already-booked loads must be paid

5. Client Responsibilities

For Digital Services:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Provide access to necessary accounts or platforms

For Dispatch Services:

• Carrier must provide correct truck and driver information
• Notify dispatcher of delays, breakdowns, or emergencies
• Confirm all loads before booking
• Maintain compliance with FMCSA rules

6. Liability Disclaimer

Cooperative Tech LLC is not liable for:

• Delays caused by brokers or shippers
• Weather or equipment breakdowns
• Accidents, safety violations, or carrier errors
• Late broker payments
• Indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity

Our role is limited to digital and administrative support.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect basic information such as:

• Name, email, phone
• Company details
• Documents required for dispatch
• Project requirements

How we use your data:

• To deliver services
• To communicate with you
• To manage billing & contracts

We may use third-party processors (Google, Meta, hosting providers) only for service delivery. We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.
